Ingredients for chocolate cream filling
- 300 g of dark chocolate, good quality
- 150 g cream, I added cream 18%

- 50 g of butter
- 100 ml rum

Instructions
- Knead the dough, wrap in cling film and store in the fridge for about ½ hours
- Preheat the oven to 190 st C
