Baked figs with goat cheese

Figi baked with goat cheese. Very exquisite and sophisticated snack, and yet so simple and fast. The combination of fresh figs, goat cheese and balsamic vinegar is really fantastic. Remember the good quality balsamic vinegar, of course, supposed to be the best of Modena.

Ingredients
  • 8 fresh figs
  • 200 g goat cheese, I've used soft cheese spreads
  • pepper
  • a few leaves of fresh sage
  • bunch of grapes
  • balsamic vinegar
  • after 2 croutons per serving
Instructions
  1. Wash figs, cut into four parts but does not intersect by the end of
  2. Figs spread in casserole
  3. At the center of each portion of cheese impose
  4. Preheat the oven to 180 st C, insert figs
  5. Furnace 10 minutes
  6. Wash grapes, cut in half, arranged around the figs
  7. Garnish with a few leaves of sage
  8. Season with freshly ground pepper
  9. Pour balsamic vinegar
  10. Enjoy!
