Baked figs with goat cheese

Baked figs with goat cheese. Very exquisite and sophisticated snack, and yet so simple and fast. The combination of fresh figs, goat cheese and balsamic vinegar is really fantastic. Remember the good quality balsamic vinegar, of course, supposed to be the best of Modena.
