Samosa
Samosa, delicious triangular dumplings from India. Stuffing mainly of potatoes with aromatic spices enclosed in a crispy pastry, and all fried deep oil. Served with a mild green sauce with fresh mint and spicy red curry sauce is a fantastic snack. Dumplings can also prepare samosa stuffed with lamb and green peas, chickpea, fungi… The possibilities are many. When it comes to the size of dumplings, it's up to you, can be tiny or really large, Today I did the version of max, but usually do little. Both are delicious. I recommend!

As for me, too much work… but I terribly want someone invited me to the Indian dumplings : )
Language, fracture and try to do it alone, in terms of effort, to make samosas takes less time than preparing traditional dumplings:) Dumplings samosa can be done in a size XL ( I ate in the Indian restaurant ) that is, the 2 art on his head, and after work:) Regards
I did once but I really loved the
They look great, willing to try, the more, I did not have a chance to eat them
I encourage, are very good:)samosas and sauces can be prepared on the basis of mayonnaise, with garlic and tomato, all taste great:)
Delicious – particularly encouraged me to supplement lentil stuffing – recently she and her husband begin to be her fans
Regards
You can modify the filling and give more lentils plus a little garlic, will be great.
Really gets them faster than traditional dumplings? It appears, at the same time it is a lot of work. But if you say, also that it is not time-consuming to prepare them itself
Just tell me if you need to fry them in deep fat and can be used to fryer. Regards
So, getting them faster than traditional dumplings, because we can do it real big
so save time lepieniu! Although small samosas recommended mainly for adoption, are more handy:) As for frying, so, require deep frying oil, You can use this fryer ( I fry in a pan in which it is about 5 cm deep oil) to fry them until golden on both sides. Regards Anne
