Rolls
Delicate cakes, which are great with jam, honey, cheese or cheese. Easy and fast in preparation, and at the same time very tasty.
Ingredients 16 small rolls:
- 250 ml buttermilk or plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon dry yeast
- 1/4 glass of water
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 60 g butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 600 g of wheat flour
- 2 teaspoon salt
Execution:
- All components of the rolls pour (pour) a bowl and hand mixer or to form a smooth dough. Kneaded dough smear with olive and leave, covered, to rise.
- The dough is then divided into 16 and form part of these small round rolls, arrange them on a baking tray separately to bake. Leave it to rise again. Preheat oven to 200 ° C. Buns incised in the middle (cross) with sharp scissors, or knife. Sprinkle with flour before placing in the oven.
- Bake about 15 minutes until browning the rolls. Ready!

But the shape of the rolls is sensational.
Indeed, the claws come out nice on top of rolls:) Next time I'll try to do a few more notches as, spines that arose Jeżowe, great for biting…:)

I have a problem with access to the dry yeast, may be replaced by fresh? if so, how much they give?
As for the dry yeast, buy them at the grocery store are usually hidden in the midst of baking powder and additives for cakes. If you do not dry you can of course replace them with fresh, and the rate is x 2 or 7 g suchych to 14 g fresh:) Regards Anne
