Salad with figs

Salad with figs inspired by Mediterranean climates. Sweet ripe figs, aromatic goat cheese, fresh mint flavor with intense flavor of cheese

dorblu, and all drizzled with honey vinaigrette. Poetry flavors, delight for the palate, with salad I propose to give baked salmon marinated in honey mustard, forming a perfect complement to so excellent salad. If I would eat meat, I would serve it with lamb.

Ingredients
Salad
  • 4 Fresh ripe figs
  • 2 large handful of arugula
  • 2 large handfuls of lamb's lettuce
  • 70 g cheese, type dorblu
  • 40 g hard goat cheese
  • 50 g soft goat cheese
  • 5 slices of baguette or bread
  • a handful of fresh basil and mint
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
Honey vinaigrette
  • 5 very good tablespoons of olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of liquid honey
  • salt
  • freshly ground pepper

Instructions
  1. Heat a frying pan in 2 tablespoons of olive oil, slices cut into small pieces, brown on both sides
  2. Hard water kozi cut into small chips, e.g., vegetable peeler. Dorblu cut into small cubes
  3. Wash the rocket and Rapunzel, drain and spread to a large flat plate, do the same with the rest of the ingredients
  4. Cut the figs 4 or 6 of, spread evenly over the other ingredients salad
  5. Pour olive oil into a bowl, lemon juice, add salt and honey pepper, mix thoroughly with sauce, pour over salad
  6. A teaspoon, to take a small amount of cream cheese goat, spread it on top of salads
  7. Sprinkle with mint and basil leaves
  8. Enjoy!
