Salad with figs

Salad with figs inspired by Mediterranean climates. Sweet ripe figs, aromatic goat cheese, fresh mint flavor and the addition of intense flavor of cheese dorblu, a all drizzled with honey vinaigrette.   • 4 Fresh ripe figs
  • 2 large handful of arugula
  • 2 large handfuls of lamb's lettuce
  • 70 g cheese, type dorblu
  • 40 g hard goat cheese
  • 50 g soft goat cheese
  • 5 slices of baguette or bread
  • a handful of fresh basil and mint
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
Honey vinaigrette
  • 5 very good tablespoons of olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of liquid honey
  • salt
  • freshly ground pepper
  1. Heat a frying pan in 2 tablespoons of olive oil, slices cut into small pieces, brown on both sides
  2. Hard goat cheese cut into small chips, for example, vegetable peeler. Dorblu cut into small cubes
  3. Wash the rocket and Rapunzel, drain and spread to a large flat plate, do the same with the rest of the ingredients
  4. Cut the figs 4 or 6 of, spread evenly over the remaining salad ingredients
